Event Apps and Exhibitor Portal Launched.Event technology company, iVvy, is adding more valuable, inclusive features to its eventmanagement system; increasing productivity for managers, and enhancing attendance andparticipation.Leading the way with an integrated event platform, iVvy’s new Event Apps and the new Exhibitor Portal will create efficiencies and streamline processes for iVvy users.

Exhibitors can book and pay on line for their booth, manage their online profile, and access important exhibitor information to help them prepare for a show. Conference or exhibition managers can fully integrate exhibition data including contact lists for emailing, payment reports, and customise forms to collect specific content.

Event App for Attendees and Exhibitors

With event apps becoming essential in audience engagement, iVvy has designed a native application software, built for both Android and Apple, that synchronises through cloud technology to iVvy’s registration and event management software.

“We want to continue to expand our affordable end-to-end management software, providing valuable event tools all in one place to benefit our clients”, claims Hall.

iVvy app features include:
