Advertising Terms and Conditions:


By creating an account with www.australianfranchises.com.au the Advertiser becomes a client of Australian Franchises and its development company Bloomtools Pty Ltd ABN: 14137389085 and agrees to the following conditions:
1) Billing
1.1) The advertiser is committing to the minimum period of 6 months at the rate listed on the advertising agreement and/or advertising booking form.
1. 2) Advertising is to be paid monthly in advance on the same date of the month that advertising commenced unless an invoice has been requested for payment in full up front.
1.3) It is understood that upon completion of the minimum term, the advertisers listing will continue on a monthly continuous cycle at the then current price until the advertiser provides a written request to accounts@australianfranchises.com.au with 30 days notice for the listing to cease.
1.4) Australian Franchises reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time and will provide 30 days notice to all affected advertisers.
1.5) All accounts will be direct debited from the nominated credit card for the amount agreed (plus any listed processing fees), prior to advertising being placed live on the www.australianfranchises.com.au website. If the credit card payment is rejected, Australian Franchises will automatically re-attempt to debit the amount required. If an account remains unpaid for more than 48 hours Australian Franchises reserves the right to suspend the advertising until the account is brought up to date. An additional fee of 3% on the unpaid balance may be charged. Australian Franchises is not required to credit the advertiser any advertising time lost due to suspension for non-payment.
1.6) Any account more than 30 days in arrears may be sent to an external collections agency. This may incur additional fees and could affect the advertisers credit rating.

2) Content
2.1) The advertiser is solely responsible for the entire substance and content (including text and illustrations) of the online advertising.
2.2) The advertiser is solely responsible for ensuring they hold necessary licences and permits to use any trademarks, logos and copyrighted material they wish to use in any listing on www.australianfranchises.com.au
2.3) The advertiser agrees to fully indemnify www.australianfranchises.com.au (and its development company Bloomtools Pty Ltd) and to hold www.australianfranchises.com.au (and its development company Bloomtools Pty Ltd) harmless from and against all liability or loss and against all claims or actions , based on or arising out of the online advertising displayed on www.australianfranchises.com.au.
2.4) The advertiser does not attempt to upload any malicious or corrupt data onto the Australian Franchises Server.
2.5) The advertiser agrees to only advertise legitimate franchise opportunities, business opportunities, products and/or services that are authorised to trade within Australia’s Economic Territory and does not attempt to use Australian Franchises Directory to promote, entice, enlist, recruit, sell, offer, trade, harass, exploit, take advantage of or trick any visitor or client of www.australianfranchises.com.au with any product, service or investment opportunity that could be considered to be: a lottery, gambling, trafficking, money laundering, Multi-Level-Marketing, a pyramid scheme, investment in shares or any other business opportunity that could bring negative publicity to Australian Franchises or breaches any Australian laws.
2.6) Any advertising found to be in breach of 2.4 and/or 2.5 will be cancelled without refund.
2.7) AustralianFranchises.com.au reserves the right to reject proposed advertising and/or suspend or cancel existing advertising for any reason or no reason at all.
