Bucking Bull opens at Tweed City, NSW

The latest addition to the Bucking Bull franchise at Tweed City Shopping Centre in New South Wales commenced trade this month with exceptional results.

Owner George Ioannou has been in business for many years and owned the Leaf n Beef food outlet at Tweed City, which has been successfully rebranded as a Bucking Bull store. George decided to rebrand his old store under the Bucking Bull brand in an effort to increase his stores recognition and become part of a national, multi-store franchise, rather than existing as a single store operation.

"The change over has been an absolute success, I have increased my turnover by 30% and the store is now operating more efficiently", says George.

George is involved full time in his other business ventures, separate to Bucking Bull, however he has been hands on in his approach to operating his store which has been an immediate hit with residents at South Tweed Heads.

Much of the original Leaf n Beef team is still on board including Kerry and Wayne.  Kerry and Wayne have spent the past 7 years working with George and their experience and dedication to food and customer service should see the new business prosper.

George's goal within the next year is to be one of the top three Bucking Bull stores in both sales and gross profit. Results so far indicate George could be well on his way to achieving this goal.

George is thrilled with the success of his store so far and has been particularly impressed by the smooth transition to the Bucking Bull brand.

"I have been in business for over 30 years, 10 of those in the food industry and I have opened three stores. In that period I have yet to meet such a dedicated team as Bucking Bull. With this support, I look forward to a mutually successful outcome to this business venture", says George.
