Snap provides intensive training to new Franchisees and their staff to enable them to successfully operate their new Snap franchise. The training covers all aspects of running the business including management, operations, recruitment of staff, sales and marketing, financial control and production. Franchisees receive unparalleled support from Snap Head Office with a dedicated Franchise Services Team anytime they need it. Snap also has a team of franchise support specialists who go out into the field and train Franchisees in particular aspects of operating their business. Snap is currently in the process of increasing in-field team numbers to even better service Franchisees.
Proven business model
A Snap Centre is a one-stop shop for all SMEs’ print and online marketing requirements. Franchises use a combined in-store and outsourced production model, operate in corporate hours (Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm), with both Business to Business and Business to Consumer clients. Systemised processes and support for all aspects of the business are in place.
