Our Mascot has a Name!!

Snowed Under Sno Cones is pleased to announce that our BBoy Kangaroo Mascot has a name.....

SNOWY JOEY!!

As part of our ongoing marketing strategy and our motto "doin' it for the kids" Snowed Under Sno Cones ran a competition for school kids to name our company mascot. After sorting through piles and piles of entries we are pleased to announce that the competiton winner was Tiarne from Kelvin Grove State College.  Her prize of a FREE 200 cup Snowed Under Snow Cones party package was utilized by the school's Environment committee as a fundraiser, raising over $600 for their Environmental Committee at a school swimming carnival held last month!!!

Lyn Lancaster, the 2011 Year 6 Room A8 teacher said " I didn't realize that you could make so much money from selling Sno Cones.  It's a great result for the school"

Choosing a name for the Snowed Under Sno Cones mascot was difficult as there were so many great entries including..... Snowie, Snobro, Breaker, Hip Snow Hop, Snow D Ice, Ice K and Chilly Billy.

Snowed Under Sno Cones is giving people all around Australia the opportunity to become part of our rapidly growing business. If you've ever been to an event, seen a massive line for snow cones/shaved ice and thought to yourself....that would be a cool job! Then now's your opportunity to do it!

Snowed Under Sno Cones started with 1 snow cone machine and 1 kid, who just after finishing high school, wanted to help out his community and start earning some extra money on weekends in 2006. He thought it would be cool to start selling snow cones after seeing how much kids loved buying them at his high school's sports games.

Now the expanding business has a number of snow cone machines that it takes to sports events all around South East Queensland. It even sends out it's Breakdancing Kangaroo Mascot Snowy Joey for special occasions.

Snowed Under Sno Cones specialise in snow cones fundraising, but we now also have:

• fairy floss and popcorn fundraising options
• snow cone syrups for sale
• snow cone, fairy floss and popcorn hire packages (that include everything you need to hand out your free promotional fun food, or fundraise for yourself)

Our business is personified by our motto "doin' it for the kids" and the vision that one day every Australian kid, at every sporting event in Australia, can munch into a Snowed Under Sno Cones, Sno Cone.
