Bloomtools South Brisbane awarded Most Improved Franchisee

Bloomtools South Brisbane, which is owned by Emma Rolley, was awarded the Most Improved Franchisee at this year’s annual Bloomtools Franchisee Conference.

The award recognises the Bloomtools Franchisee that has shown a marked improvement in sales, customer service, knowledge, and client satisfaction in the past twelve months and is a highly contended for prize.

“I am so delighted to have won this award!” said Emma. “My team and I have been putting a lot of effort into getting the best result for our clients, and I’m glad to see that it’s been recognised by the team at Bloomtools Head Office.”

The conference, held in the Hunter Valley, was attended by all the Bloomtools Franchisees and was a great opportunity for the franchise team to discuss the year’s successes and plan for 2012.

“All the Bloomtools Franchisees have been in growth mode this year, so I really didn’t think I’d win the award. I think all the Bloomtools team deserve a round of applause for 2011 because we’ve all been working hard to bring as much success to the franchise as possible,” Emma said.

Bloomtools is an Internet based franchise that supplies Website Design, Database Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation and a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to small to medium businesses through Australia and New Zealand.
