Pet Business From Home In Regional Areas!

For too long dog owners in regional areas have had little choice when it comes to dog boarding.  For many years most major cities have had an alternative type of pet care available in the form of "Don't Fret Pet!" but this fantastic service is now going to be launched in regional areas too.

Couple with pupsJenny Brearley and Kathleen Mansfield run the successful, national "Don't Fret Pet!" franchise group but have now decided to focus on regional areas as well.  Franchisees run their pet business from home and can work full or part-time to suit their lifestyle.

The business was started by Brearley in 1993 and franchised five years later.  In 2000 Mansfield joined Brearley and, working together, they have sold franchises around the nation and created the largest pet-minding service in the country.

The service the first of its kind in Australia - arranges for dogs to stay in the homes of carefully-screened, pet-loving minders while the owners are away.

"Our vision is to make our service available to dog owners around Australia," Ms Brearley said.  "We know that our service has been very well received by city dwellers but we think it's time people in regional areas also have the benefit of our unique, personalised service".

"The feedback we get from our clients is wonderful as they tell us that they don't fret about their dogs when they are away as they know they are happy and getting lots of attention."

"We also bring in mail and put out bins to make it look like somebody is at home so our clients feel that their home is more secure."

"We receive calls every day from pet owners in regional areas wanting to use our service so we are looking for business-minded pet lovers to run their own very professional business from home," Ms Brearley said.

"We have a fabulous team of franchisees who all work from home and a rigorous selection process is in place to help us to take on the best possible candidates.  Once they join our group we'll be there to train and support them along the way.  We started operating in Newcastle in 2010 and are now ready to offer home based business opportunities in other areas of regional areas."

"While the Pet Industry is growing at an average rate of 15.5% per annum our service is growing at an average of 26% per annum so, in a growth industry, we are far outperforming the average growth rate.  Even during the Global Economic Crisis we continued to grow," she said.

Check out the "Don't Fret Pet" listing for more details on this fantastic franchise opportunity. "Don't Fret Pet" is suitable for people who love pets & would love to work from home running their own home-based business in suburban & regional areas.
