First-ever Designed Blinds Australia Store opens in Queensland

Designed Blinds Australia has demonstrated its pursuit of innovation and creativity, by launching a pioneering new retail concept that has redefined the standard for the window coverings category.   


In August 2011, Fab Interiors opened the very first Designed Blinds Australia Franchise store in Queensland. Fab Interiors is located in Milton and services Brisbane and its surroundings.

No experience in window coverings retailing is required, with all training provided. Hunter Douglas, who own the Designed Blinds Australia brand provide intensive training programs designed to help the franchisee enhance the customer experience, increase profitability and grow your business! The goal is to provide consumers with a unique retail experience from the time they first inquire about Designed Blinds Australia Products until the time their window coverings are delivered and installed.
